Description
Corflute picking boxes are open fronted plastic pick bins for warehouse racking, shelving and benches. Made from 4mm corrugated polypropylene, they hold picking stock, spares, kitted components and returns, and are built for repeated daily handling.
Two stock sizes, both black, both on a 600 x 400mm footprint.
Sold individually or by the pallet — minimum order one unit. We hold stock at Moorebank and break pallets ourselves, so you can order a single box to trial in your racking, or a full pallet for a fitout. Pricing for every quantity is shown above; no enquiry form, no waiting on a quote.
Key benefits
- Waterproof and washable — polypropylene suits cold storage, wash down areas and outdoor docks. Spills wipe off; a grubby bin can be hosed down and returned to service.
- Stacks and nests — integral tabs and slots lock each box to the one above and beside it, so stacks don’t shear when stock is pulled from the bottom.
- Interchangeable sizes — both heights share a 600 x 400mm footprint, so Standard and Tall swap on the same shelf without re-planning your slot layout.
- Flat-packed — folds in under a minute with no tape, glue or tools, and stores flat until needed.
- Printable — surface takes screen and digital print for client branding, zone codes or barcode panels.
- Australian made and recyclable — genuine Corflute, 100% recyclable polypropylene, taken back for Recycling free of charge at end of life.
Sizes
- Standard picking box — 600 x 400 x 200mm. Small-item picking, e-commerce SKUs, fasteners, spares and consumables.
- Tall picking box — 600 x 400 x 400mm. Bulkier stock, apparel, cartons and kitted assemblies.
Custom sizes are available to suit a specific racking pitch or shelf height.
Applications
Warehouse storage and order picking, 3PL and fulfilment operations, e-commerce despatch, pharmaceutical and medical supply, automotive parts, fashion and accessories, FMCG and supermarket distribution, and workshop parts stores.

Load rating: capacity depends on stack configuration and contents, so no single figure applies. For heavy loads or stacks above four high, test a box in your own racking before ordering in quantity.

Frequently asked questions
What are corflute picking boxes used for?
Order picking, parts storage and materials handling in warehouses, workshops and stockrooms. They sit open-fronted on racking so stock can be picked without lifting a lid or pulling the bin out.
Will they fit my warehouse racking?
The 600 x 400mm footprint fits standard pallet racking and most industrial shelving. Check your beam pitch for height clearance — the Tall box needs 400mm plus room to lift stock out. Custom sizes can be made for unusual pitches.
Can picking boxes be stacked?
Yes. Tabs and slots nest into each other vertically and side by side, so stacks lock together rather than sliding.
Do they come assembled?
No. They ship flat and fold up in under a minute without tape or glue.
How long do corflute picking bins last?
Polypropylene doesn’t absorb moisture or soften at the grab edge, so bins in daily picking use typically stay in service for years rather than months.
Can they be printed?
Yes. The surface is corona-treated for screen and digital printing. Printed orders have their own minimum quantity and lead time — send your artwork and quantity for a price.
Do you deliver outside Sydney?
Yes. Small orders go by courier Australia-wide; larger palletised orders are quoted on freight. Send us your postcode and quantity.
Are corflute picking boxes recyclable?
Yes. They’re 100% recyclable polypropylene and Corex takes them back for recycling at end of life free of charge.
