Delivery Information

KF Plastics ships Australia-wide. All deliveries are carefully managed to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Production Timeframes

• Most products are made to order. Please allow additional lead time for production.
• Stock items are shipped as available. If your order includes both stock and made-to-order products, items may be delivered separately.
• Standard production time is 8–10 business days, but may be sooner depending on workload and product type.
• During peak periods, please allow up to 2 weeks.
• If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us as early as possible. We can sometimes prioritise urgent jobs (a rush fee may apply).

Delivery Methods 

We offer a range of delivery options depending on the size, weight, fragility, and urgency of your order:

Customer Collection

• Available from our workshop in Moorebank, Sydney.
• You will be notified by phone or email when your order is ready.

Road Express Courier

• Delivered via carriers such as CouriersPlease, TNT, Aramex, and Australia Post.
• Typical turnaround times are shown in the transit guide below.
• Suitable for cartons, satchels, and non-fragile freight.
• Most Sydney Metro orders are delivered next day; regional and interstate areas follow the transit guide.

KF Plastics Deliveries

• For larger, bulkier, or fragile items requiring extra care.
• Pricing is based on distance zones from Moorebank
• Labour for unloading, if required, is charged separately.

Express / Direct Courier

• Point-to-point courier service for urgent Sydney Metro jobs.
• Typical turnaround: approx. 4 hours.
• Quoted at the time of booking.

Customer Arranged Couriers

Customers are welcome to arrange their own courier or freight forwarder for collection from our workshop. Please note:

• Packaging Standards: For Customer Pickup orders, goods are not packaged for courier transport. Items may be supplied loose, in cartons, or bundled, depending on the product.
• Courier Collections: If you plan to send your own courier, you must advise us at the time of quoting or ordering. We will then ensure the goods are packaged to courier standard. A packaging fee may apply, depending on size, fragility, and nature of the order.
• Responsibility: Once goods are collected by your nominated courier, KF Plastics cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage in transit. Any claims must be made directly with your chosen carrier.

Transit Times (Guide Only)

*Transit times are indicative only and not guaranteed. Delays beyond our control (e.g. courier backlogs, weather, or transport issues) may occur.

Express Shipping

Selecting Express Shipping ensures your order is moved from dispatch to you as quickly as possible but does not shorten production times.

If you would also like us to rush your order through production, please contact us by phone or email. We will do our best to arrange this where possible during non-peak periods. A rush fee may apply. This service is not available during sales or peak periods (e.g. Christmas).

International Orders

Delivery is currently only available within Australia via our online store. However, if you are based overseas and wish to order, please contact us directly. We can prepare a quotation for international shipping or assist you to organise collection using your freight forwarder.

Packaging & Damages

We take great care to ensure that all products are packaged securely and appropriately for transport. In the rare event of damage during transit:

• The issue must be reported to us and the carrier as soon as possible.
• Claims should be supported with clear photos and as much evidence as possible.
• Refunds or replacements are subject to the carrier’s assessment and liability.
